Ur State Company, one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals State Companies signed a contract with State Company for Oil Pipes Lines to supply with (27 Km) electric cables at a value of (888) million I.D. and also another contract with Northern Refineries company to supply with (9Km) of electric cables and (2) tons of wires at a value of (205) million I.D. in addition to another contract to supply Southern Refineries Company with (11 Km) electric wires at a value of (55) million I.D.. Engineer Jaleel Muheisen Ali the company General Director clarified to MIM information bureau that the company contracted with Azmeer company to supply with (200) tons of (8) mlm copper bar and another contract with Ahwar Alnasrya United Contract Company to supply the company with 420 Km XLPE rural cable. The General Director referred the company rehabilitation contract with Al Rasheed State Company to rehabilitate and modernize aluminum oxidation and coloring plant and supply the company with required machines and equipments within 2010 investment allocations stressing on a company important contract with the General Directorate for Training and Apprenticeship to rehabilitate the company plants to gain ISO certificate (2008/9001). It is to be noted that Ur State Company achieved during July, 2010 (216) tons of production at a value of (1.590) billion I.D. in addition to the sales at a value of (1.221) billion I.D..
