State Company for Southern Fertilizers, one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals State Companies succeeded through June, 2010 in producing (12753) tons of Urea Fertilizer and (10801) tons of Ammonia. Mr. Mahdi Salim Abdul Hassan the company General Director clarified to MIM information bureau that the company also succeeded through the same period in marketing (15540.46) tons of Fertilizers to the State Company for Agricultural Suppliers. On the other hand the company General Director referred that a delegation of Saybem Italy Company visited the company to be acquainted with its equipments and production lines. Stating that the Italian Technician, Mechanical and Pipe specialized delegations paid a field visit to the company sections expressing readiness to render all kinds of assistance. It is to be noted that a French Delegation from specialized major companies has visited the company through May, 2010 to be acquainted with the company production lines where the company officials expressed willingness to get the French companies experience and assistant.
