State Company for Northern Fertilizers Industry, one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals State Companies finalized the rehabilitation of all its productive units. Mr. Azhar Ahmed Hussein the company Acting General Director clarified to MIM information bureau that the company started in operating steam boiler unit and Ammonia unit and it is hope to produce lately July, 2010. He added that rehabilitation included heat equipments and revival of first heat boiler (C101) and (C 102) boiler and (A) boiler and heat (C124) and (JCE 101) and (C132) exchange red as well as maintaining heat exchanger for Urea (D301) and replace water pump system in addition to change cooling tower and change (D108) reactor helping element. He referred that rehabilitation included also rotating equipments and devices that included (HP j103) and (J 102) manufactured gas compressors and comprehensive rehabilitation and maintenance of dust removable system as well as productive pumps and install (J 103) pumps in Ammonia tanks, in addition to maintaining packing lines and transport belts. Mr. Hussein stressed that the company finalized basis and iron structure installation to establish power station at (10 mega watt) capacity and all generator parts arrived from Turkey and at 70% performance rate.
