Signing investment contract ceremony between State Company for Northern Cement and Family Turkish Company with the support of Ostlat Austrian Company was held at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Headquarter to rehabilitate Sinjar Cement Plant according to partnership in administration and operation for 15 years. State Company for Northern Cement General Director reported that the aim of this contract is to rehabilitate and operate cement plants to exploit the available capacities of private sector to reach the designed capacities where the contract included to provide (45-50) mw electric station as well as the investor shall under take paying the staff salaries. On his part the Family Executive manager stressed that this contract will rehabilitate the plant and strengthens Iraqi9 Turkish relations. The ceremony was attended by Investment Department General Director, Mr. Ali Kuodheir representative of General Inspector Office and a group of MIM experts and senior officials.
