State Company for Mining Industries and Water Separation signs a contract with the Steel and Iron State Company at a value of more than One Billion I.D.

State Company for Mining Industries and Water Separation, one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals State Companies signed on December, 2011 a contract with the Stat Company for Steel and Iron at AL Basrah Province at a value of (1) Billion and (250) Million I.D.. Mr. Ali Hussein Alwan reported to MIM information bureau that the company also signed a contract with the Northern Refineries at a value of (240) Million I.D. in addition to the another contract with the State Company for Ready Made Garments at Al Mousel at a value of (34) Million I.D.. In the same context Mr. Alwan added that the company on December, 2011 produced (2480580) tons of advanced paving of Keer and marketed all of it to the private sector at a value of (859) Million I.D. as well as marketed the company products of agricultural sulfur to the state and private sectors.
