Al Furat State Company, one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals State Companies marketed through July its products at a value of (556) million I.D. Mr. Jabaar Madhloom the company General Director reported to MIM information bureau that the sales included different materials such as concentrated sulfuric acid, caustic soda, hydraulic acid and iron chloride. The General Director clarified that the company contracted with Al Dora Refinery to supply with (300) tons of caustic soda and announced on a tender to supply plastic packing plant which affiliates to the company with (1000 tons of poly propylene). In a related context he added that the chemical supplies quantities to the Ministry of Oil through the first half of 2010 was (4031) tons at a value of one billion and 58 million I.D. where the supplies materials to the Ministry of Electricity was (2707) tons at a value of 952 million I.D..
